| How do I use a coupon? |

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. |
| When will my order ship? |
| |
Items that are in stock will usually leave our warehouse within 5 business days. Items that are made-to-order can take longer to ship and may not leave until 5 business days after the order is placed. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
| Do you ship to AK, HI, Internationally, or to APO Addresses? |

We do ship to APO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii, but additional shipping charges apply. For example, shipping a 6 ft fombag will cost an additional $75 when shipping to an APO address, and as much as $200 more when shipping to some locations in HI or AK. Unfortunately, not all products are available for shipping to military addresses due to size restrictions set by USPS. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your address if you live in AK or HI, or want something shipped to a military address.
We currently only ship single items to the 50 United States. If you live in another country, and would like to order more than one item, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind that due to the weight of our products, shipping costs are very expensive for International Shipments. |
| What are my payment choices? |

We currently accept the four major credit cards including VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. We will also accept checks and money orders. Please contact us for instructions on paying with checks or money orders. All credit card information is deleted immediately after being charged for the protection of your information. |
| What are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
| What is the return policy? |
| |
We have a 30 day exchange/return policy. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. Item must be in "like new" condition for a full refund. Any items damaged or misused may be subject to a misuse fee. Items may also be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your product. |
